The importance of celebrating the small victories along the way… We all have BIG goals, we have adventures in front of us, we want those big victories but we have to celebrate the small stuff along the way! I want to share some why’s and some how’s.
There’s nothing more motivating or inspiring than celebrating the small things every single day. They are the stepping stones, the foundation of our bigger victories!
We usually get so busy acknowledging big things (yahoo! Someone got two new sign-ups) that we forget to high five the women that are showing up every single day. It’s about using our daily activities as progress we can reflect upon.
Why celebrate the small wins? Because when we achieve them a little bit of happiness gets connected. When a woman celebrates her small successes it makes her happy and it proves possible to other women who maybe just recently joined your team. It proves possible to them that they can also do the small steps.
We have to find a way within our team culture to give high fives and shoutouts to the small wins everyday. That will boost, empower and add sunshine to everyone’s day. If you can see that your team’s friend’s list is growing or they’re conversing… give them a high five!
Small wins are relatable to everybody. It’s believable when people say “I talked to four people today and it was the fifth that finally said yes!”. Sharing the struggle proves that things are possible! That adds a lot of light and sunshine.
When you absolutely adore someone (or something) it shows.
You can’t help but talk about it - and let me tell you, I adore the tribe & marketing plan in the company I’m running with (High trending products help too!).
I invite you to check out WHY I said “YES, Please!” after taking a 2 year break from MLM's & after almost 4 years later STILL has me bouncing out of bed & giving my growing team great joy every.single.day at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0KRIG_3BUk
Of course, if you’re an action taker like me, just text “Start” to 236-700-0686 & we can start a conversation to see if Social Retailing is a great fit for you.
1. Having a journal is a great way to track your small wins. When I helped somebody in a Facebook group or I was able to answer a question I wrote it down as a win! If I had people engaging in my posts and somehow I connected with a person I wrote it down!
You can also do it through meditation. Before you go to sleep at night give yourself a high five for what you got done within your day.
When I had depression, just brushing my hair and my teeth and getting ready was a success. It was not fun but journaling my wins helped me get through!
2. Track your wins not just in business. Maybe you have a goal of saving $10 a week, or quitting smoking, or spending more time with your spouse. Find a way that you can give yourself small wins celebrations not just within your Network Marketing business but in your life in general!
3. Reward yourself! I love buying myself little gifts I can use! It can be a course or a book, make it a personal item. It could be a new lipstick or a pair of shoes, something that is meaningful to you.
4. Share with those who love you most! I personally have friends and family that don’t celebrate my wins, that don’t cheer me on and that don’t understand Network Marketing and think that it doesn’t work. So share your successes with those who will really give you an internal and external high five! It’s validation and it proves to you that there are people in your corner.
Remember not everyone out there is going to be a cheerleader, so don’t share your wins with people that won’t be cheering for you.
Do you love your life like I do?
I’m always open to connecting with uplifted & sunshiney hearted women - those who love life and enjoy helping others succeed! And if you’re not completely in love with your life, that’s even more of a reason to connect so I can help guide you to the Sunny Side of Life.
Text “love” to 236-700-0686 or send me a message on Facebook.
Celebrate your losses. It might seem crazy! But we know that “no” in Network Marketing means “next opportunity”. So when you get a “no” and you share what happened within that, it becomes a learning exercise! It becomes a stepping stone to what we call the Sunny Side of Life! It also reminds people that they’re alone. Someone out there might be experiencing the same thing. So it’s ok to share the trials and tribulations along with the sunshine.
P.S. People often ask me; Roxanne I can see you LOVE being a “Cheerleader” in all women’s lives; BUT what is it you really do? To answer that, I use social media platforms to market trendy highly consumable products that YOU shop for every week! Most women don’t go far without their phones & do A LOT of online shopping so I help empower, support & teach women who “want a bit more in life” do the same. More Sisterhood. More Tribe. More Fun. More income within Social Retail ..
